Large Ammo order from Cabelas?

In store pickup is free period. Unfortunately Moncton is the closest until Dartmouth crossing opens up in 2018. I know all about limited (competitive) selection regarding firearms in the valley (grew up there).
I have utilized the in store pickup dozens of times in Edmonton, a guy can even do that it the states to save a bundle if he has some business within a reasonable distance of the border. Obviously certain products are a no go for import but many products are fine to bring across. A quick search of the nearest store to the area you are headed and select that store for shipped destination and your order will be ready when you get there. Hard to get much easier than that, I have seen some people hack Cabelas but personally in my dozens of transactions I have yet to have an issue that was not resolved to or beyond my satisfaction. If you shop the sales, utilize their price match, free shipping or instore pickup and realize their stuff usually has lifetime satisfaction guarantee that they STAND behind how can you go wrong. Obviously every store is going to have the occasional person that is there to just collect a check, my experience has shown me if that level of not give a ###X is encountered one needs to go up the food chain until they encounter a professional to resolve the issue.

There are lots of guys going to Moncton from Halifax everyday or weekend at least, maybe you could throw someone some cash and they'd pick it up for you? But I gotta ask why not buy local? You are right on top of one of the best gun shops in the maritime's and they will always work out a deal with you when buying in bulk.

Just curious what is one of the best gun shops in the Maritimes that you are referring to?
Yeah I am also curious I have had good experience with Lequile but with local price goes up I probably should have taken a run down before I made the order but I also bought a mojo that was on sale and some calls. The order still hasnt fully shipped but with lots of calls they were able to get me a decent deal on the extra shipping costs. Ill be down to Lequile sometime in the next couple weeks and probably will hit up some Halifax shops as well.

I ordered ammo from Cabelas about a month ago during one of the free shipping sales because they had a really good price on some ammo. My order was 54lbs or something. I never had to pay any extra for shipping. I even called Cabelas to confirm said they ship UPS ground and they weren't charging any extra because it was ammo, the lady on the phone said it depends where you are located for the ammo to be free shipping, if it's somewhere where UPS frequents there won't be a charge, sometimes it's a case by case basis I guess.
