large hole lower

I have a colt sporter competition h-bar i put a post ban upper on it using a
adapter pin now i want to put on a 4 or 6 position tele stock on it.
What size is the buffer tube mil-spec or commercial.
Please advise

The A2 stock buffer tube cannot be used for a collapsable stock, right? So as you will need to buy a new stock/buffer tube/spring & buffer so as long as your new stock & tube size match, does it matter if you are going to get mil-spec or commercial? I thought the threads in the receiver are all the same - someone correct me if I'm wrong.

You're all correct!

In fact its pretty easy to spot a commercial from a milspec tube.
