Large muzzle flash

Ok odd request I know. I would like to know how I can make some handloads that produce large muzzle flash. I am looking for 223 and 308 out of 18.5 inch barrels. Again odd request, but its to satisfy a personal interest. Thanks all.

Short barrel + slow burning powder and a forward linear comp

Powder does not contain enough oxygen to consume all the propellant. These propellants are expelled at the muzzle and sometimes ignite in a flash (with a loud noise) about 2 feet from the muzzle. This fireball is different than muzzle flash.

Some powders do this, some do not.

Ihanks guys, I was more curíus on actual recipes if anyone had one. Kind of like starship troopers type of muzzle flash ( obviously lots of post editing there, but you get the idea.

Part of the reason I use H110 in my hot 44mag loads is for the impressive muzzle flash. I get a kick out of it too.
