Large Rifle Magnum Match Primers

For what?
You have a choice between Federal and Federal. Nobody else appears to make a magnum match primer.
In any case, magnum primers are about the powder used and the weather. They burn a bit hotter for a bit longer and are for lighting hard to ignite powders and for extreme cold weather shooting. You don't need 'em unless your manual says to use 'em.
Mind you, anybody who was out shooting in those -60 wind chills AB had a few weeks back is a sick puppy. The -40 the Queen's Service had me out camping in, long ago, was bad enough. Silly buggers gave us fresh rations too. Whacking a tomato with a pick axe handle didn't even mark the love fruit. Like hitting a friggin' rock.

The guy just asked where he could buy them, I am sure he knows what their for
"...I am sure he knows what their(SIC) for..." Grasshopper, magnum primers aren't required unless they're called for in one's manual for a particular powder or it's cold. A lot of new reloaders think they need 'em for magnum cartridges too. The name of a cartridge has nothing to do with the primer. Nor is the primer cup made of harder metal.

wow, for 35 years I thought a rifle was called a magnum only because of the primer. thanks for enlightening old grasshopper here
I don't believe the OP stated what cartridge he was wanting them for so your comments earlier about them "not being needed" are unfounded at best.
That being said, last time I saw the Federal 215M Primers on a shelf at WSS in Kamloops, I bought a case of 5000 and haven't seen another shipment come in for some time.
I use them in my 6.5-08 F-Class rifle loads and they work fantastic.
I want them for 7mm rem mag. I know Federal is the only maker, and these days I'm having difficulty finding primers, powder etc, never mind something like Match primers. I tried both WSS stores in Edmonton yesterday. Firstly the trick is to get to talk to someone, and then hope like hell they know what you're talking about. I Did luck out and get some 168 gr Berger VLD's and Retumbo, but they didn't have ANY magnum primers of any type.
