Larose forest, what can I hunt there and with what firearm?

I am going to get my hunting license this fall. I am a newb at hunting but have been shooting for a number of years and have a somewhat eclectic collection of firearms. I am interested in rabbits, waterfowl or edible birds and eventually deer. Larose is a logical choice as it's close to home for me. I also have a property in Northern Ontario (WMU 28) but that's another story.

Larose, Near Borgette (sp)? My Dad had a place on that< I saw lots of Moose and he had Turkeys in his fields.
