Laser sight that runs on AA batteries exist!!

So you want a wepon sight laser. Meaning it can be attached to a rifle and fully adjustable that must be run on AA batteries?
If so then there is none that I know of.

None have that ability that use the AA batteries most I come across are CR123A. I believe this is what you are looking for, all be it in a AA battery.

There is the Insight Technology CVL, but its pricey. Lasers are not as usefull as you might think or have been led to believe by the movies, you are much better off with a quality red dot like a AimPoint.

If you still want a laser go for a green one, they're much more visible in daylight.

Dealextreme sells some super powerful lasers, you cant even buy some of them in the states, and some are apparently "under-rated" as per their output.

Ive seen one out camping ($30) that you could see the beam like a fricking light saber, not just the dot it makes when it hits its target, clearly out to 150+ yards on a clear night. I need an excuse to buy one as they are pretty cool to see out camping. They may even have some AA's or AAA's there. Though dealextreme is a little inconsistent and mixes up orders sometimes.

when youre in total darkness with a flashlight I d rather have a laser than a red dot but my build will have all three. I dont really care if its green cause I will probably never use it in daylight. what I dont understand is why the only AA laser sights are so incredibly expensive:bangHead:
