Hi Guys.....can't stop, so i'm going to make one more purchase for this year.
I believe i have it down to three. I'm looking at the Glock 17 Gen 4 or Glock 22 Gen 4 and the Beretta 92 FS Inox.

I'm looking for ease of use (i.e) cleaning, goes bang everytime with low maintenance.

I already have and M&P40 and the Ruger SR1911

I voted beretta but wheres the "how many times have i said this is the last purchase of the year but deep down i know ill be cruisin through the ee a week after this purchase" option?

The 92FS Inox is a thing of beauty. It's the gun you want to show your friends when you show off your collection. It can sit in your safe for 20 years, used only rarely, and you will still be glad to have it there.

Oh, and it's very easy to maintain and goes boom every time too...

Who cares what other people personally want/suggest..Get what YOU want and one that fits your hand

I don't care what others what. I care about what their thought's are on the Firearms i've listed. I like all three and each feels different in the hand, not bad....just different.

So if there is a glaring problem or small issue with one, i'd like to hear about it. Most people have a different take on pro's and cons for each pistol.

44mag revolver

You already have a 40 S&W and a 45ACP, Why not get a gun that kicks like a mule :D

Plus you get to watch your friends cry after they feel the recoil ;)

Yes, 9mm mags are required. There are those that will say u can jam the 9mm rounds into the 40 mag and get more capacity but for the most part the rounds will just puke out after a few are loaded and the spring compresses as the mag lips are just a wee bit too far apart. Other guns such as the SIG may not have this problem. Some have success, others have not. Keep in mind that you cannot alter the 40mag to bend the lips in but I am sure you are aware of the legal issues behind doing this.

I love my 92FS, black or stainless, good pistol, easy to clean, fun to shoot, eats up anything. My buddy have a SP01 shadow and lots of reload stuff it won't accept, it ends up in free ammo for me since its working with everything :D Feels like a thank, big gun for small caliber. Think of all the movies that have a Berreta 92/M9 or Taurus PT92 :D

Glocks, well, they crush and melt the frames to make Beretta grips

And I can tell you End of November/early december MAX, tinglings for a "last one" will still be there. :D

played with an SR-9 the other day. Nice little gun, if i was looking for a new 9mm that would be it. if you have a taste for something on the higher end of the price spectrum, you can't go wrong with a build from Infinity Firearms

I'm with you Dsiwy, buy something memorable. My last handgun purchase was a 4.2" Ruger Redhawk in .45 Colt; I wanted it in Colt because I can load it hotter than .44 Mag.

Thanks for the input everyone. I went against the grain here a little bit. I bought the Glock 22 Gen 4 this morning. I just had to have a glock......at least once.

Hoping to be able to pick her up Friday.

I have a glock22 gen4 with a 9mm conversion barrel. I love it. I have shot a lot of rounds through the .40 and 9mm barrel and never had a malfunction. But since you already have a M&P40 id say maybe go with the beretta 92 just to further diversify your collection :)

I thought hard about that. In the end, i decided to get the Glock 22 Gen 4 and i'm going to sell the Ruger SR1911 and pick up a Glock 21 Gen 4......if i can find one.
