I was fortunate enough to be able to visit a forum sponsor a few weeks ago, and, while I was there, I picked up this M1 Carbine. It’s a 1944-produced Inland, with a 1949 SA barrel (overhauled at Augusta Arsenal). What military surplus purchases have other members made lately?
NO4 mk1 /NO4 MK2 /NO1 MK111 all in sporter but have wood and metal to restore all 3. A P14 to restore and a jungle carbine just came to me this past Wednesday.
Springfield M1 Garand. Danish lend/lease,Springfield barrel with Danish wood. Awesome shape.produced in 1943. Always hated 30-06 due to being so common. Just something about a Garand that I always loved.
