I was at the Hirsh Precision site, and noticed they have the 6.5mm 144 grain FMJ "match" bullet.
Peter Dobson tells me the BC is .636
Have any of you tried these? The 139 gr. Scenars are only $10 more per k.
 
I could not get them to shoot as well as the Scenars did. Recent test on bullet hardness done by a silhouette shooter concluced that the FMJ was not as tough as they used to be and that the Scenars were marginally softer. For silhouette shooting the Scenar is the best production bullet. I would spend the extra 10.00 and get the Scenars.
