LB markings ...enlighten me

So I have only had a few LB No4s, and only know the general basics about the markings. Can someone tell me about the number stamped above the serial number shown in my pic below? Also, from what I know, the serial number is supposed to be stamped on the back of the bolt handle as well. Whats the story with the markings on this bolt?
And finally, I thought Long Branch used a solid piece safety lever, and the type with the hole was British?

Some other user applied another number, sometime during the last 72 years.
The safety is one of the LB variants. There are at east three.
The bolt is likely a replacement that was never numbered after installation. Once again, who knows where or when.
