It is likely the stuff produced by LCW and sold in quantity by CanadaAmmo a number of years ago. Its supposed to be non-corrosive and there was FMJ and HP versions.
I collected those LCW ammo at surplus price last week, like 27cent per rounds. Only like 300 rounds. If you are interested, I would like to trade you, I prefer Barnaul.

Yes LCW is non-corrosive. Ok Ammo at the cost it once was. My only complaint is I got a dud every once in awhile. Seemed strange but did the job and did not rust any of my rifles.
Good stuff. I still have a few thousand rounds of it. Shoot some every once in a while but mostly blow through other ammo because I know once my LCW is gone it's gone
