LE #4 front sight adjustment

Do you need some special tool to adjust the front sight on a LE #4 ???

There is a cramp, of which this is a pretty fair reproduction, http://www.arrowmark.com.au/foresighttools.aspx and a slotted tool to unscrew the binding screw (which is easy enough to make yourself).
I often replace the screw with a 4BA Allen screw.

I found out yesterday while rummaging thru my tool box that a cheap windshield wiper removal tool from Princess Auto works great as a sight pusher for the Lee Enfield.

Once the screw is out, does the blade move fairly easy ???
