I picked up this little LE 1. its all numbers matching but unfortunate the barrel has been cut back to 20.5 inches. I am just wondering about a couple of markings. I know its navy marked. but on there barrel its marked with a date? 4.09 and another set over top of each other PN3. does anyone know what these markings actually are?
