I looked for it over a year ago. Couldn't find any so I tried to order thru Brownell's: the order was cancelled by them because some of the chemicals were no longer permitted to be imported in Canada??? At least that's the story I got. I never pursued it any further.

I have some and it is fairly thick.
Do not recall the manufacturer but I got is at Charletons' in New West.
I cut it into rounds with a punch and will try them again with a 17 calibre jag.
Used them to remove lead from the bore rather than as a wipe.

Ok, Wipe Out has a product for lead that works really well and it isn't abrasive. I never found the Lead Remover cloth to be all that effective. H4831 put me onto ED's Red. The formula and mixing instructions are available through Google.
Ed's Red is an old standby that is cheap and easily made up. Do not tighten the caps on the mixture it needs to vent.
