Lead from toner cartridges??????

Does anyone know if lead shot is used in toner cartridges.

If lucked into some lead at a good price but the seller says that the shot is from toner cartridges.

Never heard of this.

I think he was trying to say they used lead shot as an agitator so the toner would not clump

I could see there being lead compounds in there, but actual lead shot? That seems fishy...

Being lead balls they would have used it inside of a mill to break down all the components of making the ink. Now they use ceramics and steel shot these days. Could be a good find.
