The indoor ranges here prefer that their members use lead or plated ammunition, no jacketed ammo is allowed. Just wondering if some of you can recommend some brands that you may have used in the present/past, that fills this request. If there are supporting businesses on here that offer this, please refer to them as I would like to support them if possible.

Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

Wolf offers lead ammo, not sure if their other stuff is plated or jacketed though.

SFRC sells it, they are a site sponsor above.

Wascana Pistol Club gets their ammo from Custom Reloading. If you talk to them they'll place an order for you the next time they make a bulk purchase.

Saves on freight.

That's excellent. I've been trying to get a hold of them so I can join their club, but to no avail. I take it they can be used as a club for my ATT with the CFO?

Using berry's in 9mm & .45 .. Have always had great and timely service from Henry at Budget Shooter

With Norc .45 off the table, there may be some stress on supply this spring do to more shooters reloading ( norc was great , cheap and supplied good brass ) so consider doubling your order .. JMHO

I have no choice but online ordering .. I like solid service and combined cheap shipping .. That is why I always go with Henry ..

Also like my stuff carried around on a silk pillow before it is suffocated in the box .. The guy with the candle has never let me down ..

As well, Canadian BDX is also manufacturing a lead free line for exactly this purpose (indoor).. Lead free primers, fully enclosed bullet (plated)....

Western Munitions 9mm is plated. (If it doesnt say FMJ on the Box)
Veryvery easy to find around Calgary. Not sure if it is easy in sask though
~70 bucks per 250 rnds

For indoor range, I think FMJ is fine as long as the core is lead. This is to minimize serious ricochet. Some Russian ammo or military surplus ammo is steel core. Wolf ammo may have steel core (but then I could be wrong). I use LVE ammo from Russian surplus and the core is steel encased with copper which is a bad thing to be used indoor.
