They are crappy Crappy Tire units (the Advantage Max4 ones they sold alst year).

No lifetime warranty there!

Well, if you by any chance still have the recept (my wife keeps all of mine so she would have something to bicker about the money spending) you may stand a chance in taking it back into the local Cambodian tire and telling them that the pants sprung a leak.
They may be able to exchange it
It worked for a pair of boots i bought about 5 months ago

SealAll has always worked great for me. I used it this fall with a piece of light canvas to patch the crotch on my raingear, and Supercub used it to patch his waders.

It stays very flexible, and that is what makes it work so well in waders, and raingear.
