leapers or bushnell legend

I need to choice between a leapers scope or a bushnell legend, is for my .308 win, I will use it for target shooting and deer hunting, the leaper 3x12x44mm have a better field of view, the tube have 30mm, it have a side parralax adjustment and the objectif have 44mm. The bushnell legend 5x15x40
have a smaller fov, the tube have 1" (less adjustability), and the parralax is on the front objectif. The 2 scope have a mildot reticule. I better like the leapers but I am not sur if the quality is close the same the leapers is 189.99$ at marstar and the bushnell 230$ at le Baron. Can you give me some intake?

Scope

I bought the Bushnell Legend 5-15x40mm and I am pleased with the build quality and optic quality of this scope.

I would not hesitate buying another at all - it is on my 10/22T

Bushnell Legends are not satisfactory in my opinion. I have had to send back TWO in the last two years. Maybe ok for a .22 rimfire. There are better alternatives out there.

I have a leapers 3x9x40 compact and it has its faults, such as so so optics and lateral adjustment that is 2clk/inch rather than 4
BUT...at least it holds its zero, which is more than I can say for the Legends.
