I know Leapers are low end optics, but I had one that I'd picked up at a gun show last year. It was new "old stock" and a 4X32 Mini which was perfect for my project. The box and paperwork were lost in my last move and when I pulled out the rifle, I realized that the turret caps were also lost.
I contacted Leapers via email and I'll tell ya guys, I couldn't be more impressed at the level of customer service they provided. The lady I was dealing with didn't give me any grief about the missing mod. number and receipt. All I had on the scope was the serial number and the power and from that she was able to determine that it's a discontinued model. I guessed at that point that I was snookered. Not so! She nosed around and found me a set of replacement turret caps. Catch this.......NO CHARGE! All I had to pay was shipping from Michigan (I believe).
I just had to share what a delight they were to deal with.
