In the video they give a general introduction of Izhevsk plan, history and products, not much of technical information. Don't know if you got on it before but check this web site they have info most military and tactical ussr/russian made arms and other states as well http://world.guns.ru/ it is not the most sufficient and comprehensive source on each gun but it will do the job on just to show what's around, what then can be seach on google or youtube =) and if you have any question on translation don't hesitate to ask
