Lee 12g Hand Loader?

Does anyone know if Lee still makes those handy little "hand loader" kits for a 12 gauge, with the dipper and all that?

Any idea where/whom to get them from?

Doesnt look like Lee makes them in 12 Ga anymore.

There are a couple on fee bay though.

I have thought about getting one to load up a few slugs- no more room in the house for another press. I have used the Lee rifle reloaders and they work great if slow. (I do set the primers with a Lee hand primer). Is there an approximate asking price for these things? Has anyone actually used the shotgun model? Thanks.

Haha! Yes do use a hand primer!

I had one in .303 and I damn near crapped myself when I got a tad overzealous seating the primer with the handloader's hammer and punch method.

It only ever happened the once and I didnt get hurt. I sure did jump though!

Just dont hit it so hard would be my advice if you dont have a hand primer. You'll be fine. It has worked for how many years now?

Makes me think about ordering a couple again! I got pretty good results out of that 303

They are around, I got one here on the exchange and one on Flea bay

They aint cheap though expect to pay $50 and up

I have one. It's the only one I've seen in Canada, there must be more out there but I expect they are well used.

Well guys, turns out I probably don't need one. I was looking at the loader only so that I could use its crimping tool, but I just made a roll crimper instead. The article is in the "reloading" section if any of you shotgunners need to make one.
