I am having problems with reloading my 250-3000 savage rounds.

I took brand new piece of Winchester brass and rolled it on a smooth table. No wobble in the neck of the case.

when I do a full length resize, prime, charge and seat my bullet there is quite a bit of wobble in the bullet when its rolled on the smooth table.

what the heck is going wrong? bad die set?

I have never had this problem with my .308 or .270.

I recently had similar problems with a few 6mm Rem. cases. I have Lee dies in this calibre. I took the problem loads apart, then carefully resized them. This seemed to resolve my problem, at least for now. The cases in question had been reloaded numerous times (exact number not known). Possibly the brass is getting weary. I intend to throw out these cases after firing them.

Had the same problem with .308 win Lee dies.

The solution is to throw the Lee dies in the garbage and buy Redding dies.

Lee junk.
