Lee auto-prime shell holder in different press?

Another noob question.
A buddy went into the city yeaterday and was going to pick me up a 9mm shell holder for my Lee 50th Anniversary press. I told him what kind of press I had and the guy at Camilla's sells him one for a Lee Auto Prime. Will it fit my press? I get it tomorrow so I don't even know what it looks like.
This must be the same salesman that sent another friends wife home with a box of .375 ammo for her husband who wanted .357 for his rifle, arguing that "this is the ammo for a rifle, what you are asking for is only for handguns". Sheesh

No, the Auto-Prime shell holders will not work in a press.

Lee Autoprime shellholders will only work in the Lee hand priming tool. They are only the upper half of a shellholder that fits in a press. They are intended to slide into a slot capturing them top and bottom.

Sheesh, that salesman should wear a dunce hat stamped RUN AWAY !!!
