I'm thinking of adding another press and this looks pretty good for those of us who don't have a big bench.

Includes 3 base blocks; one drilled to fit all current Lee presses. Special elevator bolt hardware included. Powder coated, thick steel mounts quickly and securely to any bench or tabletop. Wide steel plate distributes load, adding rigidity to the lightest bench top.

unless its cheaper than two C-clamps I don't see the point.
C clamps and a stuck case don't work well.

Me, with a stuck case, I pretty much tip the bench over, so, my mounting system, is a thick steel plate, drilled and tapped so the press is bolted to it. Then the plate is bolted to the bench.

Even Lee's system looks just a bit flimsy to me. It could be improved by simply making the wood block from steel, but, the whole thing could be heavier.

Just my opinion, some folks never seem to have to put any elbow grease into the press. Handgun cartridges for example, never seem to give an issue.
But doing heavier work, like magnum rifle cases, stuck cases, case forming etc, can strain the mounts pretty well.

I bought one of these this summer when I put my bench together (a small one). It works like a charm. I love how it spreads the load of torque your applying to the bench all over the mount. I highly recommend it, but not for $40. Get it in the states for much, much less.

I like how you have to tighten one more bolt than if you just drilled some holes in the bench, and dropped the bolts through them. OK. Not gonna run out and buy this.

Sorry. Mostly I think Lee stuff is at least worth the bucks paid. This. Is craptacular.

Cheers
