I just picked up the breech lock challenger kit and started to put it together. Im not sure if im missing a part or im just partially retarded but i have no idea on how to put the shell holders in. The kit came with the lee shell holders and the picture in the directions just shows them putting the shell holder on top which doesnt look like its locked in. Ive googled this problem and even did a quick search on youtube and still couldnt find anything. Anybody know what the hell is going on?

The shellholders snap into the top of the ram from the side with the open slot in it. Almost all presses work this way. The shellholders in your kit for the Lee hand prime tool are not the same as your press shellholders. Shellholders for presses come with dies or are bought seperate.
