Hello,
Can the LEE Crimp die be disassembled? I just got some 'new to me' 7.5x55Swiss and the crimp die is jammed up. Can I use a fine adjustment tool (hammer) to tap the collect out of the die body or is there some voodoo majic to help it?
Thanks for any input you may have.

You can tap the collet out, it comes out easy. I just use a dummy round to push mine out. On the other hand, if the collet is rusted in the die, you can spray some penetrating oil in there to free it.

Do you have a secret trick for getting the slider back in properly? If so please tell us about it. I've been able to loosen the collet a couple of times by just tapping it down a bit and prying it open if required.

Sorry people, I forgot to mention that this was done easily with a Lee factory crimp die. I have no idea how it's done with a regular crimp die, I just assumed that Threemorewishes had a FCD.
