Lee Delux Rifle dies...no powder thru the expander?

I have a couple pistol Lee dies and just got a .308 lee delux dies...I had a quick look at them last night but it seems like there was no expending die :/ - 2 neck sizing dies and a seater... Powder thru the expander die is the main reason I wanted Lee dies :/
 
Shouldn't need it for rifle loads. Sounds like you have the bullet seater/crimper and factory crimp die?

edit--do you just want the die so you can mount the powder measure on it?
 
I think you can buy the powder through die separately to do most rifle calibers with the same die. The die doesn't expand the neck.
 
I believe the PTED is only included in pistol die sets, and straight wall rifle sets like those in 45/70.

Why would you want to expand the neck of 308 brass anyway?
 
Sounds like you need the universal rifle charging die if it's to mount a Lee measure. Alternately you could use a Lee flaring die if you are flaring for cast bullets. The deluxe kit doesn't come with either, there should be a collet die, FL die and seater, or a FL, crimp die and seater.
