Lee Enfield no 7 barrel .22

I'm not sure but I'm willing to bet a lot. high demand for them and people love them over the lined barrels

i wouldn't be surprised to see a real one sell for 250-350$ (maybe more)

I've never seen one come up for sale before. I've seen no1 barrels but no a real no4/7 non lined 22 barrel

These are very scarce indeed. Consider the cost of other MILSURP barrels in high demand. A NOS GI M1903 Springfield or Garand barrel is around $400 these days - and that's comparing apples to oranges.

The as-new refurbished receivers are cheap.
Barrels are just about unheard of. Don't recall ever seeing one for sale here. Seller's market.
I suspect one offered at $500 would get snapped up.
Military barrels in general are increasingly hard to find. When did you last see a NOS No. 4 barrel offered?

yeah that is true, i bet one posted for over 500 would sell fast. there is so many people waiting to find a barrel to finish their project.

and yes NOS starts are getting very hard to come by ever since this big jump in mill surplus over the last 5 10 years

well it is fortunate that I do have one of those barrels in my project pile along with a NOS C no7 receiver.

I got lucky at an auction and that barrel was on a Martini MK II receiver, just hand tight.

I won't post what I paid as there would be a lot of crying :)

but yes they are not very common and would demand a premium

I have one new in the grease No. 4 barrel left. Don't know where I could get another. They used to be 3/$100.

Years ago, I bought an unfinished No. 7 barrel from Numrich. Muzzle end was badly rusted. Sold it to a chap who used it to make a No. 5 clone in .22. There was enough good barrel for that.
