Lee Enfield No4 mk2 $$$$?

Going for a lot more than that south of your border.
I have one that was in very good, but definitely not new in the wrap, condition, that my lovely wife bought for me as a birthday gift about ten years ago. It cost $185 at a B.C. HACS show, and all the old dudes were giving my wife sympathetic looks because they thought she was getting fleeced on the price.
Of course, a lot has changed in the past decade - I see Ishapore SMLE III*'s going for over $400 in Canada now, and I can remember when you basically could not GIVE them away. I have seen No4Mk2 in far worse condition than mine being advertised at $750, and selling.
This here interwebz doodad has certainly created a demand... and there ain't no more supply, so you can pretty much name your price, these days.

There are excellent condition No.4MkI's with perfect bores, matching serials at P&S right now for $400, so I think that is the market price benchmark at the moment for a non-Longbranch No.4 Enfield.
