Lee Enfield scope mount 3/8 drilled holes

Hello,
I have a Lee Enfield with two holes drilled in the front of the receiver before the barrel that are spaced 3/8” from center to center.
Any idea what mount this was drilled for?

I read that Weaver base #TO1 was commonly used on these rifles but can’t find the distance between the front mounting holes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Parker-Hale mounting blocks were attached in the way but I can't say if the holes match.

Is there a single hole in the charger bridge area?

No holes in the bridge area and had thought Parker-Hale but apparently not the correct spacing.
