Lee Load All II

I've been using mine to load for trap and skeet using Clays and it has worked just fine. Put on a CD and you won't notice you've got a couple of boxes done. Its not the fastest reloader but if your budget is a major factor then you'll be fine with it. Check out http://10xshooters.com/calculators/ShotshellReloadingCost/ and see how the cost of other reloader compare when you see how many boxes you have to load to break even.

I have a 12 gauge Lee Load All that I got new about 20 years ago.

I also have a MEC Steelmaster in 10 gauge and a MEC 600 in 20 gauge.

While the MECs are mostly made of metal and appear to be of higher quality, the Load All produces shells that are every bit as good.

I wouldn't choose the Load All if you were going to load anything other than 2 3/4" shells, it's not ideal for 3" shells.

The Load All will serve you well and unless you're planning to load hundreds of shells every week, it will be fine.

If price isn't a big deal and you prefer nice looking and feeling equipment, well, if that were the case I don't think you would be asking about the Load All anyway...

I have a couple Load Alls old and new II versions. They work nice for low volume loading. I wish they did something like it in .410 too.

Shot in Ontario (made here too) seems to be going for around $40 for 25lb in most shops, and the American stuff at Bass Pro is a lot more.

I think/hope it will work fine for me. All I load is 00buck and slugs. So, for the most part, I'll basically have to load the shot by hand. All I'll be using the load all for is priming and crimping.

I have Lee Load Alls in 12, 16, and 20 gauge. They work fine for the amount I reload. Or I should say for the amount my son reloads.:) He does most of the shotgun reloading now. I also have a Load all Junior for 12 gauge that goes back close to 30 years. It uses powder and shot scoops for reloading instead of bushings.

I picked up a couple bags of shot last week at $35 per 25 pounds.
