I thought I read somewhere about variations in powder
from one batch to another. This would definitely impact
your powder measure disk charges.
Of course their are variations, and the Lee lawyers also want to make sure their butts are covered.

Since Titegroup is a medium bulky powder all you have to do to get an idea of charge consistency is visually check the powder level in each case after throwing the charge. You will be able to detect light charges but I don't think you will have a problem with light charges at those throw weights. Occasionally I will have to go to the next disk size but that's OK. Titegroup will probably go up by about .3 grains per cavity so you're only going to go up to 4.2-4.3 which should be plenty safe and retain full gun function.Do you ever have to go the next disk size up? I'm not liking the idea of not being able to trust my powder measures. I'm going to have to weigh each charge I think. I wonder if the gun would even cycle at 4.0 grains? I would imagine that it would.
Charge weights 4 grains and up should not have this problem. I found it goes away above around 3.5 grains.Titegroup and Lee auto disk do not play well together on lighter loads, there have been several threads on this already. Including one of mine, where I am getting squibs from no powder dropping into the case.
I had just opposite experience. Using the adjustable charge bar the variation in charge weights (especially with charge weights under 3.5 grains) was just brutal, especially with bulkier powders like Promo, Red Dot, etc. Maybe it's OK with finer grain powders or higher charge weights but it was awful with bulky powders & low charge weights, much worse than the disks.Get an adjustable charge bar. I'd had the charge bar for a while and I don't use the disks anymore.

Hope that was a typo.
