Will Lee send molds from the U.S. to Canada, I would buy locally but I need a couple of small parts for my turret press so if I order a mold at the same time it should save on shipping.
I am planning on casting for 9mm and Lee has two molds that produce round nose bullets one produces a 102 grain bullet the other a 125 grain bullet.
Has anyone had experience casting for 9mm and which weight would be better for target practice.
I am thinking the round nose would feed better in semi-auto's.
Any advise would be appreciated.

Yes, reloading tools are not controlled for export. Just as easy to export as a hammer. Check out Titanreloading.com and FSReloading.com. They're Lee dealers and have VERY good pricing and an almost full selection. A lot nicer than placing multiple orders for a couple items each and paying double the price and separate shipping on each order. Be sure to use USPS shipping, they do not charge brokerage fees. Customs randomly inspects shipments so you might get dinged $10-20 but that is a separate issue and cost of doing business with the US. However UPS has the most ignorant, disrespectful brokerage system I've ever seen. They hold your package ransom for a very generous fee. You have only ten days to pay or they send it back. No refund. And they don't accept cash or debit. And they are very unpleasant human beings. I've completely boycotted those losers. If it ain't USPS then they can shove it up their.... I'll buy from someone else.

I ordered a Lee mold from Wholesale Sports, in Winnipeg, a while ago. It was an unusual size (.310 round ball) and the local store had to order it, but it arrived in reasonable time, and no dicking around on my part.

Yes Lee in the US will ship, but try to find a Lee distributer in Canada. Lee in the US has very expensive international shipping & they ship USPS.

if i really need lee stuff and can't wait i order from titan reloading. i've put in 4 or 5 orders now and it's always been quick shipping for decent enough price shipping wise.

i have the 6 cavity 125gr 9mm bullet and like it alot, i would also like to try the 120gr truncated nose but i'm in no rush.

I do know LEE has a handling fee now for export order's. Call and ask how much.
I found what I was looking for at Higgenson's powder

I use the 125 gr. round nose 9mm Lee non-tumbled lube bullet and am very happy with it. It's easy to cast and accuracy is good. Spend the extra money and get the 6 cavity mold. You won't believe how many more bullets you can turn out in the same length of time. I tried the Lee 90238 124 gr. truncated cone tumble lube bullet and the Lee 90464 124 gr. round nose tumble lube bullet and got poor results with both. They would periodically tumble and accuracy was poor. Tried them in my Sig 226 and my Kimber 9mm 1911 and had no luck with either one. I tried different seating depths and powder loads to no avail. I'm not saying they're no good but they didn't work for me. I am very pleased with the 125 gr. round nose non-tumble lube bullet, however. As usual YMMV.

The 102 grain mold is for .380 ACP. 102 grains is too light to make most 9mm pistols to cycle.
Been using a cast, 121 grain, truncated cone when I can. Otherwise a 124 or 125 RN will do. No 9mm pistol is a target gun though.

Titan's pricing is currently MUCH better than Higginson's - I've dealt with both. Exchange is around 13% currently plus factor in shipping ... check and ask ... both are good to deal with ...

ordered a couple of set of lee dies(.41 Swiss and .577 snider) from titan reloading..shipped to me fast and much cheaper then anyone up here(epps wanted 240 and 6 weeks delivery) got it for 120 and 2 weeks delivery ...no one in Canada or even the states had a .41 Swiss in stock ..maybe give titan a look ..
