Received my kit today. Happy to say that the Ginex LR primers work a whole lot better after a swage. I also received a new LEE hand primer kit. It works very nice, too. My old one had gotten a bit rickety, after priming thousands of cases over a lot of years. I'm doing a mixed batch of 30-06 brass, full length sizing, belling mouth a wee bit, swaging primer pocket, then priming with Ginex LR.

Can you feel much resistance on what would normally be a "harder to prime case" while swaging, or business as usual, and the primer pocket is magically .00 something bigger?
After swaging these 30-06, not knowing for sure how many firings, they primed with maybe a wee bit more resistance than, say Federal or Winchester primers, but much better than trying to jam GINEX in an unswaged pocket. At the very least, they start in nicer.

I am not claiming this method to be the ultimate answer, nor am I saying LEE swage kit is the best. Just stating the facts. I realize that some people would quit reloading rather than use anything LEE, so trying to just say what worked for me.

Oh, I'm not a Lee basher one bit, I love their stuff especially at it's price point, I was just curious is all.
