The pro 1000 and load master are different beasts.
My loadmaster cranks out over thousand or so rounds before I have to clean the primer feed path. That and periodic lubrication are all I need to do to it. Basically just works, having made the small adjustments needed when I first set it up (primer seating depth, die adjustments, etc.). Price a loadmaster with case feeder (manual filling, but fast) and dies, then price a 650 with a case feeder and dies. Then price the caliber change costs. Some of the best pricing in Canada is Higginson Powders and Reloaders Bench respectively.
The 650's major advantage is one extra usable die station. One of the loadmaster stations is priming-only.
Manual is availabe on the Lee website, and I think you can get a 650 manual online from Dillon - so print them out and compare.
