I've seen a couple over the years at gunshows. The last on I looked at had cracks in the receiver if I recall correctly. From what I remember your production numbers are right. The first one was $300 (about 20 years ago) and the last one was around the same, maybe a year or two ago. I don't know if it sold or not. They are interesting, not common, but not really attractive and don't seem to be worth huge dollars in average condition.
