I am new to working on ARs. Looking at putting together a complete left hand Stag AR kit from Arms East. With the upper already assembled, the process of putting everything into a stripped lower is pretty straight forward with no special tools required? I am fairly mechanically inclined and experienced at working on and modifying guns.

Having basic ar kit helps.The stags are an excellent choice.Punch kit for starting pins and finishing with out scratching your lower.The trigger guard is to be installed with a small clamp press tool preventing ears from snapping off.Lots of people punch in the trigger guard some people break the tabs off.The tool helps for sure and you will not break a tab.Stock tool for castle nut and allen keys your good to go.
