I'm appealing to the collective CGN wisdom with regards to purchasing a left-handed AR (I'm left eye dominant).
What parts are actually different? Which are interchangeable?
Will I experience decrease re-sale value, all other factors being equal?

Thanks for your answers.

i'm a lefty also and considered buying a lefty stag but i didn't care to much for the ejection window flipping up and since i've been shooting a c-7 for 17 years with no issues with the controls or function of the weapon i went with a standard model. if you really want a lefty model go for it they don't seem to loose their value anymore than a regular one.

Without craping on them it just seems like a solution to a non existant problem.

Get a regular AR, put ambi controls on it and you're done.

The upper receiver, barrel extension, bolt, and bolt carrier are different.

The ejection port cover is the same but installed upside down (opens upward).

The detachable carry handle has the screws on the right side.

The safety is ambidextrous.

They are great for shooting left-eyed, but if you are on a line / relay have them put you at the left end, otherwise you and the right-handed shooter to your left might end up ejecting brass into each other.
