Left Handed Hunting and Target Rifles

Now that’s a great picture! Good shooting!!

I came across a nice lh 700 bdl in 22/250. Makes me want to learn how to shoot left.

I have owned many left handed firearms now. And I have to say, this thread makes me want to buy more lol.

Crown jewel of my collection is my Browning A-Bolt 2 in 22 hornet, but here's what's I've owned and tried

Browning A-Bolt 1 stainless stalker 280 rem (go to elk gun)
Browning A-Bolt II Madallion 300wsm
Tikka T3 Hunter .260 rem (will be using for draw mule deer this fall)
Tikka M595 .222 rem
Tikka M65 Whitetail Hunter Deluxe (regret selling)
CZ 527 Deluxe 222 rem (regret selling)
CZ 527 American 204 Ruger
Savage 11 204 ruger (owned 2, sold 2)
Savage 110C series J 243 win
Rem 700 sps varmint 17 fireball
Rem 700 sps varmint 243 win
I then re barreled the 243 to 220 swift and that guns great

For rimfires:
Savage 93 22wmr
Savage 93r17 17hmr
Savage mark 2 22lr
Savage mark II 17 Mach 2
CZ 452 American 17hmr (owned 3, finally kept 1)
Cz 452 American 22lr
Cz 452 Deluxe 22lr

And for shotguns a Benelli Super Black Eagle 2, which I've ran over 6,000 rounds through in the last 10 years and its my #1 for wingshooting

The Browning a-bolts are probably my favourite all around hunting rifles. You can pick them up for a relatively low price and they perform and shoot extremely well. I've taken 2 elk and 1 moose with Mt. 280 in the last 4 years and it's never let me down.
Anything CZ has always been exceptional and if I ever had a chance at a 527 heavy barrel, I'd scoop it up. Their rimfires have also been pound for pound the best in their price range. For the Tikka, the M65s were exceptionally well made firearms. The magnums tend to have ugly recoil and the removable mags are impossible to find if you ever need another. The 595 and 695 were also great guns all around. Next on my hit list would probably be a left handed win model 70 in a short action, eventually when I find one, I'll update this list:cool:

That's a good collection of leftes! Would you happen to have a photo of that 452 deluxe?
 
I have had 2 axis (270 and 308) 2 Remington BDLs (3006 and 308) ruger American in 270, browning A bolt 7 mm and a bunch of Tikkas. . The only rifle I liked better than Tikka was the 700 in 308. God I wish I didn’t sell that rifle. It’s very hard to find the old short actions.
