I contacted Corwin arms about the possibility of getting a left handed Zastava M85 in 7.62x39 or .223. Martin J's reply was that the LH m85s are currently out of production but if there was enough interest he would place an order for 20 left handed ones. If interested contact him. He is a sponsor. I imagine the order would have to be for one type. I would like a LH full stock in 7.62x39.

i think the other stuff is to contact the importer ... the importer is the one asking to the factory and of course making ready the import export paper ...

ie the 458 win mag in LH was on the catalog for years and tried to get one in Europe lik a FS in 9,3X62 for the 458 now this is good, for a FS in LH wait and see it will come one day ...
 
I had tried contacting the importer a few years ago about bringing in the left handed M70's. no response. It took a large order from trade-ex to get him to move. He may have changed since then but it seems that he does not want to try anything new that is not spoken for.
Thanks for the idea though.

yes in the past but i can insure you that the lefties didnt come because Antony wanted some but just because some guys on our southern border ordered some troughout the us importer then the tooling process was there and they made the batch for us.

the shame is that we cant bypass our importer otherwise we ll got more choice but the more we ll ask the importer the more our distributors can sell to us ...

Your probably right But Martin at Corbin said if there was enough interest He would try to get 20. It does not hurt to send an email and say I would like one. He is the only dealer that I have seen with the M85s If he can't get them you are not out anything.
