Depends on the vendor.

It's nothing illegal. But some vendors don't want to bother with international shipping.

I know Blade Tech ships holsters to Canada no problem.

Opsgear will ship north with no problems, I have ordered several times from them with no issues.

Really? I have found 1911 accessories very easy to locate. Be aware that the extended slide stop on the Norcs can cause problems with a lot of the kydex holsters. I changed mine out for a standard one and had no more problems with it.

There is a drop leg accessory for it, and several belt configuration accessories. I have this holster and find retention and manipulation very good. I like it.
