Legal Bolt-Action AR15 Receivers

I'm looking to build a bolt-action AR15 from scratch starting from the receiver (using aftermarket AR15 parts).

So far, I'm considering the Spectre Ballistics Light Practical Carbine and the MRA Renegade receiver kits.

Is anyone able to compare/contrast the two receivers and/or have any recommendations for other legal (bolt-action) AR15-style receivers that are compatible with AR15 parts?

Main 2 things I'm looking for:
1. Part Compatibility
2. Reliability

The MRA Renegade should accept the vast a majority of your AR parts. Make sure you you get a Mk2 receiver set, not a Mk1.
