As I've recently learned it is illegal in Sask. for a land owner to accept money or services for access to hunting unless said land owner is a liscenced guide.
This weekend I've heard that some landowners in an area a couple of hours or so away have posted their land for guides to bring their clients. If these landowners are accepting payments from the outfitter or clients would that be legal ?
