legality of shipping free float rail to the US?

Say I have to ship a free float rail to the US, any problem with that?

I bought an ORIS free float from ORIS in the U.S., I had to send it back for a minor flaw and ORIS mailed me a new one. No problems whatsoever.

Shipping TO them no worries, you should just make sure to list it as a firearm component (and in the case of a return for warranty repair) mark it "WARRANTY RETURN" or something like that.

The US has very strict export laws, however for already-made US parts just make sure it's properly marked and there should be no problem shipping it back to them.
