Yes. There are a few manufacturers. The 7.62X25 Tok/PPSH ammo that came into the country a few years ago was steel core..

The legislation deals with pistol ammunition that is "designed" to defeat body armour. So whatever fits that definition :? :?: Apparently the FN P90 ammo has been classified as such.

Yup, we could go on for awhile discussing the "thought" that went into the legislation, but as per normal, it doesn't have to make sense.

I heard it was not due to the penetration of body armour!!
