Legality of the SKS-M

Hey guys,

Are these legal in Canada because of the 16.5" barrel? Anyone know where I can find one?

IF one were in Canada, it would be classified as restricted on the basis of its barrel length.
For that reason alone its not likely that there has been much interest in importing any.

yes legal . there are a few around and they are restricted due to the short barrel.
