Can you advise about warranty on Leica rangefinders

Leica will be updating the details on their website, however they have dramatically improved their warranty.

They offer a 10 year warranty on the electronics in their rangefinders (Geovids & CRF's) and a further 20 years on the optical and mechanical elements, with respect to manufacturer defects. The vast majority of other manufacturers' offer 2 to 5 years on electronic components.
