I am shooting a 69 grain sierra out of my 1 in 10" twist .223 and I find that it stabilizes fine. I then try the 68 grain hornady and see that it keyholes ever so slightly. It would appear that the 68 grain hornady is just a bit longer. Anyone have any experience with the 69 grain nosler match bullet out of a one in 10" twist?

You won't see too many people shooting Nosler in competition. Sierra and Berger are the bullets of choice around these parts.

I think you are pushing the envelope with anything heavier than 65grn bullets with that twist.

Berger recommends a 1:9 for their 70grn VLD's which is about right on par with the other match bullets in the 68-70grn range.

Try some 52grn A-Max in that 1:10 or other similar bullets from Sierra or Berger. Berger has a a 64grn Match bullet that has a 1:12 twist rate recommendation if your looking for higher BC.
