Length of exposed barrel on 858 ?

Can someone please measure the length of exposed barrel on a CZ 858 ?
Just forward of the gas block up to the muzzle.

I don't have my 858 with me (it's at Rauch, getting coated), and I'm dying to know if the fake silencer i just bought won't be too long.

With the tread protector off I get 9 and 11/16 inches or 245 mm (24.5 cm)

I was seriously considering going the fake can route on my 858-2, move the front sight back against the gas block and then thread the can over the barrel to give it that shorty suppressed look.

But i decided against it because this will be a field gun not a range toy so i dont need the extra weight/shorter sight radius.

All said though, im really interested in seeing this! post some pics once you get her home
