Leopold QRW for Viper PST on 10TR

I was originally going to replace the ARMS #22 Med rings I just put the Viper PST scope into, with the AMD Recon SL, but I found that it will sit 1.110" off the 0 MOA rail. The #22 mediums are 1.15", so not much difference in height. I want to get as low as I can on the Savage.

The Leupold QRW 30MM Low rings are measured at .65". Anyone running the Low QRWs, on a Viper PST 6-24x50, on their 10TR? Will the bell contact anything?

Okay, forget the first post, who can tell me who has the best price on QRW rings in Canada. I WANT to keep my money in Canada....if I can.
